About Saisho Ramen

"Saisho" means "the best".

We make handmade noodles and created a bone broth (tonkotsu) rich in calcium and collagen, slowly boiled for more than 10 hours. When each bowl of ramen is presented to you, within just a few minutes, it's hard to imagine that it has been almost half a day of careful preparation.
